Occupational Health and Safety Management Policy
SHINBO Co., Ltd. recognizes the safety and health of all employees as the highest priority throughout all aspects of corporate management activities,
and makes every effort to ensure that all employees can work in a safe and pleasant environment
by establishing an occupational health and safety management system
in compliance with laws and standards.
To this end, we continuously improve our occupational health and safety environment through the following occupational health and safety activities.
1.1. The Chief Executive Officer makes the protection of workers' lives and the creation of a safe working environment the highest priorities in corporate management activities.
2.The Chief Executive Officer establishes an occupational health and safety management system at the workplace and provides sufficient human and material resources for the elimination and control of workplace hazards.
3.We establish occupational health and safety objectives and develop and implement detailed action plans to achieve them.
4.We establish and faithfully implement internal regulations to comply with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and relevant standards.
5.We identify hazards through the participation of workers, ensure that identified hazards are improved, and share the relevant information through education and training.
6.We ensure that all employees are aware of the hazards related to their duties and share methods for the elimination, substitution, and control of hazards through education and training.
7.We ensure that all suppliers and contractors comply with our occupational health and safety policy and safety requirements.
8.All employees shall faithfully comply with their responsibilities and obligations related to occupational health and safety activities.
