The purpose of this Regulation is to establish management procedures for the daily operations necessary to manage the major environmental aspects of SHINBO Co., Ltd.'s activities, products, etc., and to achieve the environmental policy and environmental objectives by operating under the prescribed conditions.
This Regulation applies to identifying and managing the functions, activities, procedures, etc. related to the major environmental impacts of our organization, environmental policy, environmental objectives, and detailed objectives, and to operating them in accordance with the management criteria.
1.Definition of Terms
1.1
Environmental Impact Assessment
Refers to a documented and systematic evaluation process of the direct and indirect environmental impacts generated from the organization's activities, products, and services.
1.2
Environmental Impact Register
Refers to a document that identifies and registers major environmental impacts by compiling the environmental impact assessment tables.
1.3
Normal Condition
Refers to a condition in which all activities comply with the prescribed management and operating criteria.
1.4
Abnormal Condition
Refers to a condition in which the prescribed operating criteria are not complied with, excluding an accident condition.
1.5
Emergency Situation
Refers to an unexpected emergency situation, such as a fire, leakage, or natural disaster, that has or is highly likely to have a serious impact on the environment.
