1.This Regulation shall apply, pursuant to Article 161 (Delegation Provisions) of the Directive on Defense Industry Security Affairs (Ministry of National Defense Directive No. 3066, dated July 30, 2025; hereinafter referred to as the “Directive”), to all executives and employees working for the Company, personnel of partner companies and service providers entering the Company, and all persons entering the Company in connection with their work, for the systematic and efficient performance of security-related affairs necessary for management, including technologies, confidential information, and major business-related materials and information related to the Company's defense industry security affairs and business.

2.Matters not stipulated in this Regulation shall be governed by the Directive on Defense Industry Security Affairs.

3.The scope of application of security management under this Regulation shall include military secrets (military confidential information), as well as all tangible and intangible materials that may interfere with the Company's management, including production, purchasing, business, cost, technology, and other management information held by the Company, as well as materials obtained from external sources.
